Objects

i. To spread, give, provide, impart education on Haematology and its allied subjects/fields under the purview of medical sciences among the medical students, faculties, researchers, and/or other persons who are directly/indirectly involved/related in the fields of Haematology for their livelihood or otherwise;

ii. To open, found, establish, set-up, develop, promote, run and manage Medical Colleges, Medical Research Centres, Medical laboratory, Para medical Colleges/ Institutes etc. for the prosecution of the medical studies, mainly on Haematological and allied sciences.

iii. To establish, open, promote, set-up, found, develop, manage, assist, finance support and/or aid to or help in the setting up and / or maintaining and/or running Bone Marrow Stem Cell Transplant unit, Research centres for the benefit of patients, medical practitioners, research workers, faculties etc.

iv. Add, establishment of blood banking , blood/stem cell apheresis and stem cell storage facilities,

v. To arrange, organise, establish Day Care facility for blood Transfusion, Chemotherapy, medication for different haematological disorders, inpatient care, laboratory for providing medical relief to the needy patients;

vi. To open, found, establish, set-up, develop, promote, run and manage Hospital, Nursing Home, Rehabilitation centres, Medical Counselling Centres, Charitable Clinics, mobile clinics, Tele-medicine centres, Nursing College, Nursing Training Institutes, Pathology Centre, Diagnostics Centre and/or other similar institutions for rendering medical services/help and/or providing medical relief to the suffering humanity or to the poor patients and other needed persons;

vii. To provide various medical aid services to the desired people with the collaboration of different Govt. and Non-Govt. entities;

viii. To provide/arrange a platform for all round help to the poor talented students WORKING in the field of Haematology for acquiring adequate knowledge on Haematology which would help them to have their better results in their academic carriers as well as to help, advise, guide to all the newly qualified doctors to have a better practice in their professional field;

ix. To do, act, make a bridge, nexus, communication with the various national and international bodies those who are engaged in providing education and research works on Haematology for the benefit of students and other interested persons;

x. To aware the general people on Haematological diseases/ailments through arranging, organising and undertaking various awareness programs, camps, seminars etc. and advise them how to cure and/or prevent from them;

xi. To mount health clinics/medical camps for the treatment/diagnosis of hematological ailment of the people by engaging hematologist, hemato-pathologist and other medical practioners;

xii. To give, provide, grant stipends, aids and awarding scholarships and/or fellowships to the poor talented students in cash/kind and/or in such other forms as may be convenient for the prosecuting of the studies of the awardees;

xiii. To promote, develop, raise, improve and/or advance social, economic, educational, medical and cultural interest of the weaker section of the society and other needed/desired persons belonging to poverty-stricken level irrespective of caste, creed, sex and religion;

xiv. To render financial help to needy and deserving persons to enable them to obtain medical treatment either in India or abroad in cash or in such other forms and on such terms and conditions as may be convenient to the beneficiaries PROVIDED help should be rendered in India;

xv. To give relief to poor, medical relief for advancement and propagation of any object of general public charity, public institutions, maintenance and support of the schools, educational institutions, hospital, relief of any distress caused by the element of the nature, give educational grants and assistance in advancement of learning in all its branches, establishing research work in connection with medicine, literature, technology, science and/or for providing funds for institution and/or starting professorships or lectureships or giving scholarships in any branch of medicine, family planning, science, technology or commerce;

xvi. To promote physical culture and education and to assist and promote sports games and generally to do all acts for the improvement of national health and physical development;

xvii. To create, establish, rouse, maintain a sense of co-operation, brother hood, harmony among the people of our society beyond nation, religious, linguistic and/or other barriers;

xviii. To help to achieve all round development of the country by providing, distributing, giving primary needs such as food, education, health, clothes, shelter etc. to the poor deserving and needy people of our society;

xix. To organize, arrange, carry out, render awareness programs, camps, discussion, seminars on the subjects/matters pertaining to environmental studies/activities, importance of conservation, eco-system, sustainable livelihood, Anemia, Thalassemia, Hemophilia and other rare bleeding disorders, LYMPHOMA, LEUKEMIA (Cancer), many other benign and malignant hematological disorders, HIV/AIDS, Smoking, Drug addiction, Immunization, Communicable/Infectious Diseases, Right to Information (RTI), Human Rights, Consumer Protection Act, and/ or eradication of any type of social evils/superstition for the welfare/benefit of the common people;

xx. To plant and to motivate the people for planting trees for maintaining the equilibrium of the nature as well as to plant medicinal plants for the benefit of the society;

xxi. To undertake and materialize various Governmental and Non-Governmental Projects, Schemes, works etc. like Swachha Bharat Abhiyan, Solid Waste Management, rain water harvesting, waste water recycling and small-scale industries scheme and works for providing livelihood and upliftment of the poor;

xxii. To open, set-up, start, run, manage & maintain computer education centers/schools, computer franchise institute & computer training franchise center, data processing centres, for providing various computer education for the benefit of the students and other interested persons and after completion of the due course, if required/applicable, issue certificate to the successful candidates as well as also spread the necessity of Computer Education among the general people;

xxiii. To construct, arrange, manage, organize, develop, and promote training programs, workshops, seminars, conferences, debates, printed and digital materials on Vedic Spiritual literature, science, theology, inter-faith, world peace, psychology, stress-management, lifestyle coaching, Yoga and synthesis of medical science and religion;

xxiv. To procure, research and distribute books, literature, music, audio and video recordings, artifacts and tools (incense, beads, lamps, bells, decorating materials, Deity paraphernalia etc.) on philosophical and theological topics with a view to promoting meditation, yoga, self-control, inner-peace and inter-personal relationships in the society;

xxv. To open, establish, set-up, run, maintain, finance, and / or aid / help in the setting up and / or maintaining, running of hostels, Libraries, Reading Rooms, Lecture Halls, boarding houses, Guest Houses, Inn, gymnasium and other training and vocational institutions for the benefit of students and general people;

xxvi. To open, set-up, establish, run, manage and maintain, support finance and/or aid or help in setting up Home, Orphanage, Old Age Homes, Child Welfare Centre, and other such type of institutions for rehabilitation to the suffering humanity;

xxvii. To hold, arrange and organize meeting, lectures, seminars, workshop, conferences, competitions, exhibitions, tours, excursions, debates, and other cultural activities such as drama, recitation, music, dance, etc. and competition thereof for the benefit of students as well as general people;

xxviii. To give, provide and / or render help, aid and/ assistance directly, in the form of cash or kind to the persons affected in the natural calamities such as flood, fire, drought, famine, cyclone, earthquake, epidemic, storms, riots, accident, pestilence etc. and/ or give, handover the aids, help, or assistance in any form either in cash or kind to any person or organization who is rendering or engaged in the relief works of the natural calamities;

xxix. To arrange & organize Blood Donation Camps, Health Check-up Camps, Eye check-up camps, etc. for the benefit of the patients & desired persons;

xxx. To observe and celebrate the notable days like Independence Day, Republic Day, Children’s Day, Mother’s Day, Birth Day and Demise Day of the noble men & women etc. and/or other important national events;

xxxi. To construct, build, erect, maintain, improve, develop and alter any buildings, houses, hostels and crèche or other necessary or convenient for the purpose of the Trust.

xxxii. To arrange, organize, various sports including indoor & outdoor games etc. to motivate the youths towards physical & mental benefit;

xxxiii. To open, run, manage, support, set-up, establish Special Schools and Institutions for physically and mentally challenged people;

xxxiv. To alleviate the sufferings of animals or other living creatures as may be deemed appropriate;

xxxv. To affiliate itself with such other recognized organizations, institutes, for the benefit of this trust;

xxxvi. To publish books, pamphlets, periodicals, charts, illustration, journals, magazines, newsletter, paper and other publications on the different subjects and in different languages for the promotion of the aims and objects of the trust, spreading and advancement of education, knowledge and culture as well as to assist and co-operate the other association, societies, trusts on their work/activities whose aims are similar to this trust.

xxxvii. To establish, build or manage Hostels, Short Stay Homes, Shelters, Crèches, Child Care Centre or Children’s Home, and Help Line Centers for Women, Children, Old aged persons, Drug addicts and needy persons.

xxxviii. To provide basic medical facility, sanitation, general health care and other needful support like Ambulance services, Corpse carrier services, Midnight emergency oxygen facility consultancy which can be helpful for public to overcome sufferings and agony of any natural and manmade disaster and to facilitate them to rehabilitate.

xxxix. To envision to preserve India’s rich natural heritage by working jointly with public and private parties, including students, for conservation of our rich biodiversity and wild life among people from various fields in life.

xl. To arrange, organize reunion, get together etc. among the alumni of Hematology doctors

xli. To make donation to other Public Charitable Trust/ organization;

xlii. To do all other things / acts / activities which are necessary and which may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them;
